中文摘要: 人類步入生產革命以來,資本主義成為社會主要的經濟形式,隨著高科技的近年發展,現代人生活壓力越來越複雜,皆不時地衝擊人們的生活型態,其中加深了人際的疏離及文明病和情緒性疾病的產生,並易於引發許多心理疾病,也造成個人情感與外在事物的對立。時至今日,在這個感覺消費的流行時代中,現代人的情緒感受及心靈層面開始逐漸受到重視,人們已漸趨於重拾感官體驗和精神生活層面的需求,對於自己內心的價值及需求更加明確,期望透過與外在事物的體驗而達到撫慰心靈之功效,此即反應出以實存經歷和實際體驗來產生交流互動,並從中認識自我、瞭解世界的重要性。因此,現今產品設計已經不再只是強調易使用及好理解的設計,進一步提出的是人的情感對產品喜好的影響程度。其中影響的因素則包括產品必須是迷人的以及有吸引力的,如此一來,才能使人在使用時不只是產生愉悅感而已,進而影響的是對產品整體的評價及態度。今日已經有越來越多的產品將情感及文化的意境注入於其中,也形成了另一種新的生活型態。   本研究將經由Noman所提出的情感設計為基調論述,並藉此探究療癒系玩具與消費者需求之流行趨勢,針對消費者對於療癒玩具其需求動機為何,其次運用Schmitt(1999)提出的五種消費體驗形式為依據,擬定相關訪談綱要,透過對受試者與玩具間的感官互動觀察,以訪談法對玩具操作過程中的行為加以釐清與瞭解,經由論述以確認受試者內心的真實情感與情緒。因此,本研究之研究目的為:(1)針對消費者如何與玩具產生連結,其需求動機為何;(2)透過觀察,探討玩具商品與消費者間的互動關係與情感體驗感受;(3)找出能代表療癒系玩具的情感元素,提供未來進行療癒玩具設計的參考。   本研究運用文獻分析法,瞭解現今社會消費需求型態的轉變,並以Noman所提出的情感設計為基調論述,探討療癒系玩具與消費者需求之流行趨勢,其次,透過觀察法,記錄互動體驗的過程,最後結合受試者的觀點論述,確認內心的真實情感與情緒,彙整為本研究之研究論文。本研究分為五大章節加以敘述:第一章緒論,說明本研究之研究背景、研究動機與目的、研究範圍與限制、名詞釋義。環顧消費生活型態的轉變與影響,設計的精神蛻變成將產品從「形隨機能」(Form follows function)趨向「形隨情感」(Form follows emotion),透過探討心靈層面的互動,建立起相關情感元素因子。   第二章主要探討情感設計中的療癒體驗對身心靈層面的影響,藉由文獻蒐集,首先,探討療癒玩具的使用與發展,引出療癒系玩具的附加情感與心靈層面的相互關聯,其次,深究產品設計中情感層面之價值與意涵,藉此詮釋產品的情感傳達層次,最後,從消費的歷程與體驗中,產生各種情緒反應,進行產品價值之評鑑,從中獲得之洞察力與理解力。本章主要探討療癒系玩具產業的崛起與影響所及,消費者藉由消費體驗來獲得心理上及生理上之滿足,進而增加玩具商品的消費價值與意義所在。   第三章整合本研究所運用之研究架構、研究方法、研究設計流程依序敘述,首先,建置增進消費者與商品玩具間互動性之研究架構,接著將研究方法之文獻分析、觀察法及訪談法做簡單介紹外,亦將本研究所使用之各技法內容於文後說明,其次為研究設計流程,該小節將本研究所執行之研究蒐集、研究流程等依序記錄說明,最後,並藉由研究進度表,來闡述本研究進行之期程。   第四章為研究結果分析與討論,本章將透過觀察玩具商品與消費者之間的互動關係與體驗感知分析,藉由訪談法的方式,針對感官、情感、思考、行動及關聯五大部分之體驗感受程度進行研究。本章將分析項目分為兩小結紀錄,分別為消費者對於購買療癒玩具需求動機為何及分析實際與玩具商品互動體驗後產生的影響與個別差異。本章內容希望藉由受訪者經由訪談過程中所描述的體驗感知與刺激,歸納可代表療癒系玩具之情感元素,以提供未來療癒玩具產業設計之發展。   第五章為結論,依據本研究之文獻分析與觀察和訪談資料,以此綜合歸納出本研究之研究結論,並給予未來欲繼續探討情感設計與療癒玩具體驗相關議題之建議。本章共分為三小節:第一節從消費者的觀點解析與療癒系玩具互動體驗的研究結果,了解商品與消費者實際互動體驗間的關聯;第二節綜合彙整受訪者針對療癒系玩具的情感設計層面需求與體驗,提出代表療癒系玩具的情感元素,供未來療癒系玩具之設計發展;第三節後續研究與建議,本研究因礙於時間、金錢、地域等限制,故研究並未能全方位進行,因此,本研究指出本研究不足之處,提供後續研究者研究方向之參考。
英文摘要: Since human beings into production revolution, capitalism has become a major form of social economy. With the high-tech development in recent years, increasing pressure on the complexity of modern life, the impact to people\'s lives when neither patterns, which deepened the alienation generated the interpersonal and civilization diseases and emotional disorders. Today, in this era of popular feeling in consumption, emotional feelings and mental and spiritual aspects of modern began to be taken seriously, it has become more to regain sensory experience and spiritual aspects of life needs. For their inner values and needs more clearly, expectations and external things through experience to achieve efficacy soothe the soul, namely, to reflect the existential experience and practical experience to generate interaction, and from self-understanding. Therefore, today\'s product design is no longer just emphasize ease of use and a good understanding of the design is further proposed that people\'s emotional impact on product preferences, which include factors affecting the product must be charming and attractive, this way, to make people in the use of not only produce pleasure only, thereby affecting the overall evaluation of the product and attitude. Today, a growing number of products will be the emotional and cultural mood injected therein, also formed another new lifestyle. The study will be designed by emotion Noman presented as the keynote discussion, and to explore the healing system toy trends and consumer demand for consumer demand for its healing toys motives. Secondly, the use of the consumer experience in the form of five Schmitt (1999) proposed as the basis to develop relevant interviews outline, through the observation of the interaction between the Sensory toys subject to interview toy operation process acts to clarify and understand, viaIt discusses the subject to confirm the true inner feelings and emotions. For the reason that , the research purpose of this study are: (1) how to generate links with the toys for the consumer, the demand motives; (2) through observation, consumer goods and toys to explore the interaction between feelings and emotional experience; (3) find the toy department to represent healing the emotional element, provide future reference healing toy design.   In this study, literature analysis, to understand the needs of today\'s social consumption patterns change, and emotional Noman the proposed design for the keynote paper discusses trends and consumer demand toy healing system, through observation, recording interactive process of experience, combined with the subject of the last point of discussion, to confirm the true inner feelings and emotions, aggregated research-oriented research papers. The first chapter, explained the background of this study, the research motive and purpose, scope and limitations of the term interpretation. Looking consumer lifestyle change and influence the spirit of the design will be transformed into a product from the \"form of random energy\" (Form follows function) tend to \"shape with emotion\" (Form follows emotion), explore the spiritual aspects through interactive, and establish related emotional elements factor.   The second chapter discusses the design of healing the emotional impact of the experience level of the body and soul, focuses on the healing system Rise and Influence of the reach of the toy industry, consumer by consumer experience to get the mental and physical satisfaction, thereby increasing the value of toy consumption of goods and significance.   The third chapter of the Research Institute integrated architecture, research methods, research design process is described sequentially. First, build consumer and trade promotion between the toy interactive study architecture, then the research methods of literature analysis, observation and interviews do a brief introduction, the content will also use various techniques of this study is illustrated in later, Secondly, the research design process, this section will examine the implementation of this Institute gathering, research processes, etc. sequentially recorded instructions, and finally, and by study schedule, to elaborate on the process of the present study was conducted.   The fourth chapter analyzes the results of research and discussion, by observing the interaction between the perceptual analysis and experience between toys and consumer goods, by way of interviews for the senses, emotions, thinking, action and association of five parts of the experience in this chapter research experience level. This chapter hopes to experience perceived by the respondents through the interview process and stimulate the described induction system may represent healing emotional elements of toys to provide healing Toys future development of industrial design.   The fifth chapter is the conclusion, based on literature analysis and interviews with the observation of this study, in order to synthesize the findings of this study, and given the design and want to continue to explore the emotional healing of toy-related issues recommendations for future experiences.
