中文摘要: 臺灣擁有得天獨厚的地理環境與山峰林立的複雜地形,從海平面到3952公尺高的玉山,涵蓋了副熱帶至寒帶的生態系,使得臺灣島內演化出許多特有物種,並造就臺灣生態上多元、獨特且珍貴的特性。然而,隨著臺灣社會生活與經濟水平的提升,對於自然資源的需求量逐年增加,以致於不斷以最先進的科技和技術獲取更多資源;在自然資源日漸消耗殆盡的狀況下,雖投注龐大的社會資源搶救早已被破壞的環境,仍舊面臨許多無法挽回的遺憾,如同臺灣雲豹與臺灣野生梅花鹿的絕種。針對環境變調與受到生存浩劫的臺灣特有種,本研究以生活與經濟需求、生態環境破壞為主軸,詮釋臺灣特有種所面臨之危機與自然資源保育的重要性,發掘臺灣的特有生物,「維護牠們的生存權利」。希望透過「臺灣特有種環境保護議題之海報創作研究」達到以下成果: (1)藉由文獻統整臺灣的生活和經濟需求與生態環境破壞的關聯性,以瞭解目前臺灣特有物種所面臨的問題。 (2)經由分析超現實手法保育動物之海報其圖像元素的選擇運用與內容,學習圖像元素的組合運用與訊息表達。 (3)本創作物種選擇範圍,包含臺灣特有種與臺灣特有亞種。並從保育類及滅絕之臺灣特有物種中,選出15種具獨特代表性的物種,後細分為「生命」、「共生」、「生生」、「翻轉生命」、「偽人為」、「救救我」以及「我在這裡」七個系列作為創作主題。 (4)本創作是透過手繪方式呈現海報作品,在視覺表現上將結合超現實表現手法並以傳統美學呈現。運用明亮柔和的色彩搭配,對比灰暗的事實,以正面態度呈現環境汙染所造成的傷害。 (5)以樂觀與可愛的視覺呈現傳達「尊重其它物種」的概念,提醒每個人正視臺灣特有種之生態保育的問題。 透過本研究之海報創作,讓大家更了解臺灣生態面臨的破壞因素;以可愛、繽紛和夢幻的視覺效果,喚起每個世代重視臺灣生態,並採取人道的態度,仁慈地對待臺灣特有生物。 關鍵字:臺灣特有種、臺灣環境汙染、超現實表現手法
英文摘要: Taiwan has been exceptionally rich in natural environment and various landforms including mountains and hills. The area from the sea level to Yushan that is 3,952 meters in height contains almost a complete ecosystem from the subtropics to the frigid zone; it brings Taiwan many endemic species and makes this place diversified, unique and precious. Since the living standard, economic level and demand for natural resources in Taiwan has been increasing, we continuously obtain more and more resources with high technology and skills. In the situation of exhausting natural resources day by day, we invest a lot of time and cost to rescue the destroyed environment, but we still have regrets for many extinct species, such as Formosan clouded leopard and wild Formosan sika deer. In accordance with environmental deterioration and the Taiwanese endemic species in life-threatening condition, this study interprets the danger that Taiwanese endemic species have been confronting and the importance of preservation to the natural resources, discovers endemic creatures in Taiwan, and “defend their living rights.” Hopefully the following objectives can be achieved through this “Poster Creation Study on Taiwanese Endemic Species on Environmental Issue.” (1) I have concluded the connection between the living, economic demand and ruining of environment from the references in order to comprehend the problems that Taiwanese endemic species have been confronting with presently. (2) I have learned how to compose and use graphic elements as well as communicating with messages by analyzing graphic applications and content of the posters about protected species. (3) There are various Taiwanese endemic species, and they are divided into three areas for this study: land, water and air. I sift fifteen Taiwanese endemic species, which are quite unique and symbolized from protected and extinct ones, as seven collections “Life, Coexist, Circle of Life, Restore Life, Fake Artificial, Save Me and I’m here” for my theme of creation. (4) This poster creation combines surreal style and traditional art by drawing and painting. I make the brightness and softness of the colors contrast with the darkness of the real situation, and therefore the scenes of environmental pollution can be presented positively. (5) To present the concept of “respect other species” with optimistic and lovely visual expression, and remind everyone of ecological preservation to Taiwanese endemic species. People will comprehend more about what causes ruining of environment in Taiwan from the poster creation of this study. To arouse a great respect the ecology of Taiwan in each generation, and take a humanistic and kind attitude toward Taiwanese endemic species through lovely, colorful and dreamy visual effect.
