中文摘要: 面臨經營環境的快速變化、競爭與產品生命週期不斷縮短,同時進行數個產品開發專案變成為企業經營之常態。因應此一經營常態,『協同合作』的開發流程逐漸成為企業例行使用的模式;然而多個產品開發專案同時進行,其過程的變異可能性自然隨之增大。產品開發專案因牽涉設計行為,變異的產生更是難以預估,設計變更即是常見的開發專案變異,例如包裝型式的變更等。透過協同設計的概念,可及早發現並因應可能之專案變異,解決潛在問題。進行多重產品開發專案時,若能在協同合作前期偵測變異並提出動態調整流程,可降低變異的負面影響及專案資源的浪費。本研究嘗試以協同設計觀點,首先透過本體論分析建置可適化協同架構,以四個模組執行管理多重產品開發專案之變異;利用此架構,本研究以多個情境模擬設計師面對多重產品開發專案變異時的彈性處置。由模擬結果可知,本研究所提出之架構針對開發專案中設計人員所產生之變異,可動態彈性調整協同流程,建構解決多重產品開發專案變異之機制。
英文摘要: The enterprise speeds up product development and concurrently triggers multiple product development projects to respond the situation of competitive environment. Collaboration is the trend of improving efficient product development and has been used as a routine product model. However, the project variations such as design changes become readily apparent when product development projects are frequently executed at the same time. Collaborative design is one of the key issues to solve potential problems. Complicated collaborative environment caused by designer’s behavior generates more unpredictable project variations. Early detection of project variations and dynamic process adjustment can reduce the resource waste and avoid project failure. This research proposes a system framework of adaptive project change management using ontology development based on the collaborative design perspective. Changes result in multiple product development projects execution are investigated and analyzed. The results show process changes can be identified before and during project execution. Adaptive processes are also generated and provided as alternatives to respond those changes. The uncertainty can then be reduced through the adaptive mechanism discussed in the proposed framework.
