俗語說:「做田無定例,全部看作氣(節氣)」。二十四節氣經由古人觀察天象的變化,進而產生四季氣候的概念,從古至今農業社會依賴二十四節氣為農作依據,可以說二十四節氣乃是農民生活不可或缺的寶典,至今依然如此。研究者從小從農家成長的母親口中聽到關於二十四節氣農諺,其中闡述的不只是曆法應用,亦有許多依附的情感。經由社會的轉變,臺灣從以農立國的形態,轉變成現今商業模式的社會,曾經存在的農家生活也慢慢被人遺忘,對於此現象感到惋惜。因此,本研究以認知心裡學中提到的記憶提取方式來建構記憶提取模式,提取二十四節氣之情感因子,並以二十四節氣之情感造形重新詮釋,摒除具象符號的干擾,以抽象構成形式回歸到情感傳遞的本質。此外,由於藝術定義會隨著時間改變,現代藝術已慢慢走向抽象符號的闡述,探究此過程,可以說藝術從傳統敘事法逐漸變化為抽象表現的手法,這個變化中唯一不變的還是透過眼睛觀看,而完形心理學是以視覺分析歸納而成,不同藝術形式皆能以完形心理學進行分析,藉由完形心理學之視覺法則為形式依據,並以Kandinsky提出之點、線、面基本元素之原理,進行探討與二十四節氣之情感意涵的關連性,再透過紙藝為載體呈現二十四節氣純粹的精神,期許重新喚起觀者對於二十四節氣之感動,及探究紙藝新風格的可能性。

英文摘要

As the saying goes, “Farming has no fixed schedule. It all depends on the solar terms (Qi).” Based on their astronomical observations, ancient people established the twenty-four solar terms, from which the concept of the four seasons was devised. Since ancient times, agrarian societies have farmed according to the twenty-four solar terms; it could even be said that the twenty-four solar terms was an indispensable set of life guidelines to them. The researcher of this study grew up hearing about agricultural proverbs on the twenty-four solar terms from the researcher’s mother, who grew up in a farming family. These proverbs not only elaborated the applications of the calendar but were also attached with enriched emotional content. As society changes, Taiwan transformed from an agricultural country to the current business society, gradually forgetting the once dominant agricultural lifestyle in the process. The researcher of this study felt a pity for this forgetfulness. Therefore, this study adopted the memory retrieval method in cognitive psychology to construct a memory retrieval model. The model retrieves participants’ emotional factors on the twenty-four solar terms and reinterprets the solar terms according to said factors, thereby excluding interference from figurative symbols and presenting the solar terms in abstract form to express their core emotional content. The definition of arts changes over time; currently, contemporary arts have gradually leaned toward using abstract symbols to illustrate. Upon investigation, it was discovered that arts have evolved from the traditional narrative method to the abstract representation method. However, the requirement of using eyes to observe art remains unchanged. Gestalt psychology, which adopts visual analysis and induction, can be used to analyze different forms of arts. This study adopted the visual principles of Gestalt psychology as the form and utilized the fundamental elements of point, line, and plane proposed by Kandinsky to investigate the relationship between art and the emotional content of twenty-four solar terms. Subsequently, paper art was used as the medium to present the ethos of the twenty-four solar terms. Finally, this study aims to rekindle the viewer’s feelings for the twenty-four solar terms and to explore the possibility of new styles for paper art.
