在社會運動中，藝術創作演繹關於自由與夢想的詮釋，讓傷痛落寞的人們，找到釋放情感能量的宣洩口，其治癒力量有著無法想像的巨大，同時帶給人們無比強烈之震撼。學運裡參與者咸皆希望能夠真正掌握自己的未來、爭取自由寬廣的視野，且誠懇的面對這片土地。
臺灣的民主意識近些年來有著顯著的成長與進步，且社交網路所帶來的價值觀能連結到貼標籤與標籤化的脈絡概念，因此更須要具備獨立思考、分辨及查證資訊之能力，並從而開啟對於社會變遷的關注。社會運動期間產生的藝術創作，某種程度上都具有對社會觀察的反射與獨立思考之表達。綜上所思，本研究意欲探討：（1）界定臺灣當代社會運動藝術創作的發展脈絡；（2）建構臺灣當代社會運動的設計文化；（3）形塑臺灣當代社會運動視覺圖像的政治話語權。
本研究採用內容分析法、問卷調查法及KJ法進行綜觀分析，針對學運所產生的藝術設計作品之表現，探討創作者意念詮釋，並從其將情感以圖像符號傳遞政治話語呈現於藝術設計表現中發現，創作者必須真切與社會脈動接軌，實質反映現況價值，才能讓藝術創作產生振聵之效。
最終，透過研究結果歸納四項結論與建議：（1）喚起當代社會運動藝術視覺圖像設計議題意識之覺醒；（2）培養當代社會運動中視覺圖像創作話語權之能量；（3）實踐當代社會運動藝術視覺圖像設計力是根植於文化崛起之動力；（4）構築當代社會運動發展與影響力之願景。冀盼透過此研究，設計者亦能效仿藝術創作跨出自我滿足的舒適圈，進而觀察社會脈動、關懷臺灣土地，且因社會運動的藝術呈現可供設計思維借鏡，透過設計話語權為現今社會重省歷史與事件的連結意義，使邁向民主社會的文化價值設計得以被重視。

In the social movement, artistic creation interprets the interpretation of freedom and dreams, allowing the sad and lonely people to find a catharsis to release their emotional energy. Its healing power is unimaginable and it also gives people an incomparably strong shock. Participants in the student movement hope that they can truly control their own future, strive for freedom and broad vision, and face this land sincerely.
Taiwan’s democratic consciousness has grown and improved significantly in recent years, and the values brought by social networks can be linked to the concept of labeling and labeling context. Therefore, it is necessary to have the ability to think independently, distinguish and verify information, and thus start to pay attention to social changes. The artistic creations produced during the social movement have to some extent reflected social observations and expressed independent thinking. In summary, this research intends to explore: (1) Defining the developmental context of artistic creation of contemporary social movements in Taiwan; (2) Constructing the design culture of contemporary social movements in Taiwan; (3) The politics that shapes the visual images of contemporary social movements in Taiwan The right to speak.
This research uses content analysis method, questionnaire method and KJ method to conduct a comprehensive analysis. Aiming at the performance of art design works produced by the student movement, it explores the interpretation of creators’ ideas, and from which emotions are conveyed as image symbols to express political discourse in art. In the design performance, it is found that the creator must truly connect with the pulse of the society and reflect the value of the current situation in order to make the artistic creation have a vigorous effect.
Finally, through the research results, four conclusions and suggestions are summarized: (1) Arouse the awakening of contemporary social movement art visual image design issues awareness; (2) Cultivate the power of the voice of visual image creation in contemporary social movements; (3) Practice The visual image design power of contemporary social movement art is rooted in the driving force of the rise of culture; (4) Constructing the vision of the development and influence of contemporary social movement. Hope that through this research, designers can also imitate artistic creation to step out of the comfort zone of self-satisfaction, and then observe the social pulse, care for the land of Taiwan, and the artistic presentation of social movements can be used as a reference for design thinking, through the right of design discourse to present society Reconsidering the significance of the connection between history and events, the cultural value design towards a democratic society can be valued.
