中文摘要 | 根據文化部「臺灣文化創意產業發展年報」表示,近年文創產業備受重視,尤其以視覺傳達設計產業最為明顯。然而視覺傳達設計產業人才較缺乏經營管理的知識,加上都市化影響,物價房價不斷上漲,即使視覺傳達設計產業工作設備簡單,基於房租店租問題,使文創產業觀望者進入產業的意願降低,因此臺中市政府提出「共好計劃」的社會住宅,以青年創業為主軸,提供藝術青年駐村駐宅,串連青年創業、社區營造及藝術深根三大面向作為發展指標。本研究將以臺中市政府所提供之「共好計劃」作為研究對象,其目的為:1. 訂定適用於臺中市政府「共好計劃」之學術型文創產業創新育成中心的營運機制,讓有意發展視覺傳達設計產業的青年可以得到更適切的協助。2. 提升視覺傳達設計產業競爭力與價值,以促進與異業媒合的機會。 |
英文摘要 | According to “Taiwan Cultural Creative Industries Annual Report” by the Ministry of Cultural Affairs, the Cultural and Creative industry has been highly emphasized these years, especially the visual communication design department. Nevertheless, the talents in the visual communication design department oftentimes fall short in managerial knowledge. Along with the impact of urbanization and the rising prices in goods and housing, the issue with rental expenses reduces the willingness of spectators to venture into the C&C industry even though the equipment required for work in the visual communication design department is simple. Hence, Taichung City Government came up with “Taichung Social Housing” targeting young entrepreneurs. The social housing aims to provide housing to youth to settle in with 3 major development indicators, young start-ups networking, community development, and art cultivation. This study took “Taichung Social Housing” of Taichung City Government as the subject for research, and the purpose of which was, 1. To lay out the operation mechanism tailored to an academic C&C innovation incubator like “Taichung Social Housing” of Taichung City Government, so that the youth diving into the development of visual communication design can tap into a more appropriate assistance. 2. The objective was to elevate the competitiveness and value of visual communication design department, so as to facilitate the match-making across disciplines. |
